“Last meal in Japan and it didn't disappoint!”
We stumbled upon Ginza Hitsujiya Hanare on our last night in Japan, as it was conveniently located across the street from our hotel. As lamb lovers, we were immediately intrigued since lamb is their specialty—and we were not disappointed. The experience is centered around grilling your own meat at t...he table, and the restaurant offers lamb prepared in a variety of ways. Everything we tried was delicious, and the interactive dining experience made for a memorable evening. After three weeks traveling throughout Japan, this felt like one of the most authentic local dining experiences we had. We also enjoyed their excellent sake, which was served in the traditional overflowing style with a wooden masu box. It was a nice touch that added to the overall experience. The staff were incredibly hospitable and welcoming, despite us being the only tourists in the restaurant that evening. Their friendliness made us feel right at home. If you're a fan of lamb, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit. It was a fantastic way to spend our final evening in Japan, and we would happily return.

“Great restaurant of wagyu and meet a yakiniko style ”
From the outside of the restaurant on the first floor of the. Building you can not know there is such a great meat restaurant with excellent Wagyu and great meet flavors, eat only meet, this is their best and enjoy. You may not find it on Google map so go to Hanatsubaki-dori Stand to see the buildin...g or try to write this in google map 銀座羊. Enjoy if you stop by

“Mongolian lamb (actually, it’s from Wales)”
We (family of four) were wandering in the side streets of Ginza at around 21:30. Most other places were closing, but this stayed open until midnight. Nearly all the dishes were lamb meat and offal, but there are options. We had a sociable barbecue of lamb ‘wearing spring onions’ and garlic, chicken... and wagyu beef. The draft beer was good too. It’s an informal and jolly place - unless you’re a lamb. There was a ‘Friday night vibe’ in the room with a big table of colleagues enjoying a meal and impromptu speeches. And a bizarre playlist: who knew that Ghengis Khan liked Neil Diamond d the Carpenters? Not haute cuisine, but we had a good meal and a fun evening at a reasonable-ish price.
