Fugu is a must if you travel to Japan and even more during winter time. This Fugu restaurant offers a course, which consist in using every single peace of the fish (except that poisoned part) You start with a salad (made with fugu skin) very tasty, and chewy to eat it first, but vry enjoyable, then... continue with sashimi, then fried fugu...then main dish which is a hot pot and for close you get some rice and mix it with the broth... so good!
