“It’s all rubbish – don’t go there!!”
A truly awful experience!! It’s the first time since I’ve been in Japan that I’ve come across staff who are rude and don’t care about the customer. I politely asked if I could charge my phone (I had my own charger) and they told me they didn’t offer that service. They don’t give you water (in Japa...n, every restaurant gives you water for free). As for the food, the Wagyu burger was good but the portions were very small. There were literally just eight chips and the burger was tiny. When it came to paying, they added taxes completely at random. I wanted to pay by credit card but their machine wasn’t working; they kept insisting I change my card or contact my bank, laughing in my face without offering any other solutions, even though the problem was clearly down to their machine. I had to pay in cash, but I really didn’t want to, as it was the last of the cash I had left after the whole day and I needed it for transport. Honestly, one of the worst places I’ve been to in Japan – very expensive for such small portions. I wouldn’t recommend it and I’d never go back; they made me feel very uncomfortable the whole time.
