“The first bite of this steak changed my view of the world”
I cannot emphasize how amazing the dinner was at this restaurant. I've traveled the world. I love steak. I feel like I make a decent steak at home, but this was just incredible. It was one of the best meals I've had in my lifetime. The steak was just sublime. It melted in your mouth. The first bite ...I took without any seasoning, just to see, and it just left me speechless. For the rest of the meal, I put a little salt and pepper on it, and it was even better. World-changing steak that I would recommend to anyone visiting.

“Highly recommend this great experience!!”
This has been one of the best Kobe Beef experience I've had! Chef Ishida-san was very entertaining, and my family and I had a great time conversing with him through a mix of broken Japanese and English. If you're ever in Kobe, I highly recommend that you try the A5 Kobe Beef Lunch Course.

“Love Ishida! Superb service and quality!”
This is our 2nd time to Ishida! It was recommended by our local friend. We liked this 2nd time, partly because the staff could speak a bit of English. We ended up going to the wrong outlet and the manager had a staff walk us to the outlet where we had a reservation. We got the Kobe beef set menu.... Usually we could eat 200g of USDA beef, but last night we got 130g of sirloin A5 (8-10) and tenderloin 130g of A5 (5-7). Like our previous time, we topped up a foie gras and scallop. The marbling on the sirloin (8-10) was ridiculous but we preferred the taste of the tenderloin (5-7). They would recommend the beef to be cooked “rare.” The set menu was quite filling with appetizers, salad, cooked veggies and followed by a dessert apple pie with ice cream. We started about 6pm and finished at 730pm.

“Great Birthday thanks to the cook”
Great food, great meet, great people.... The most amazing : I was wearing a Son Goku Tee-Shirt, so I had a special dessert, with Shenron wishing me a happy birthday. Really sweet, really nice. And the cook came to congratulate me after the meal. Really nice, thank you again.
