Since I had come all the way to Wakayama, I had the kama-age shirasu donburi and added a small plate of raw shirasu to make a combined bowl. The fresh shirasu is clear and sparkling, the freshness of the shirasu is evident. The smooth texture, bitterness, and accent of ginger make this dish wonderful. The kama-age shirasu is also delicious with a soft texture and sweetness. I recommend you to compare the taste of each.
