This chain is so anti-vegan it is unbelievable! My daughter and I sat down and looked through the menu and could not find even ONE dish suitable for a vegan. In this day and age, this restaurant is so far behind the times despite the fact it likes to promote itself as a family restaurant appealing t...o a broad-based clientele.

Good for family and friends. There are variety menu. Fair taste, good service, but a food is not large as they show in the menu.

To start with, we had 6 people in our party. Most tables are for four, and NO staff wanted to allow the putting together of two tables to make one large enough. Instead, we were made to wait 45 minutes for an 8 person table to open. MANY other new customers were seated, and ate, before we were ev...en seated. When finally seated, we had a difficult time getting a waitress to wait on us. We did finally order at great difficulty with young waitress. (Now we ARE a Japanese family and fluent in Japanese) We got their drink bar with our meal. We went thru 14 glasses to find 6 that were not dirty for our drinks. There was not even have ocha. Food came out fast. It was very skimpy. The actual pictures shown on menu were obviously NOT shown to the cooking staff. I ordered fish. I got his "dry" grilled skin. I wonder who got the actual meat! I tried to get our waitress to brig pepper. She would never come. I went to kitchen for it and they made her do it. She brought it 10 minutes later. I had finished all I could eat of it by then. Food was NOT of good taste either. My wife wanted coffee so I went to get it. I got her and I both one. The coffee was COLD. It was in the hot choice. I paid nearly 8000 yen for this waste of time and food. We will NEVER go back to this location again.
