エスティネートラウンジ 那覇（ESTINATE LOUNGE 那覇）

ランチで利用しました！　ホテル1階にある飲食施設で、メキシカンのワンプレート「ウェボスランチェロス」、「島サンド」の2種を注文したのですが、サラダ（ドレッシング）からメインまで適度な塩味で美味しく頂けました。　付属のドリンクバーはコーヒー・紅茶やマンゴージュースなど、種類こそ多くはないですが食事とともに十分楽しめる内容で、ゆったりとしたソファーと相まってランチを楽しめました。 　食事とともに良かったのがスタッフで、注文について「スタッフに直接・QRコードをスマホで読み取る」の両方を説明されたのですが、メニューを見て注文が決まった頃合いにスタッフがさり気なく注文を聞きに来てくれましたし、食後の...会計時にもフレンドリーかつ丁寧に対応してもらい、レジ担当のスタッフに別のスタッフが「チケットを使われているので会計に気を付けて！」っとスタッフ間の連携もきっちりとしており気持ちよくランチを楽しむ事ができました。 　機会を作ってまた利用したいです！　ありがとうございました。 I visited for lunch! Located on the first floor of the hotel, the restaurant offers dishes like the "Huevos Rancheros" (a Mexican-style plate) and the "Island Sandwich." Everything—from the salad and its dressing to the main courses—was seasoned just right and tasted delicious. The included drink bar offered a selection that, while not huge, was perfectly satisfying to enjoy with the meal (featuring coffee, tea, mango juice, and more); combined with the comfortable sofa seating, it made for a truly enjoyable lunch. The staff were another highlight. They explained the two ordering options—placing an order directly with a staff member or scanning a QR code with a smartphone—and a staff member came over unobtrusively just as I had decided what to order. The service during payment was friendly and polite, and I even witnessed good teamwork: the cashier was reminded by a colleague to be careful with the transaction because a voucher was being used. I would love to visit again! Thank you very much.

The service is impeccable, some of the best staff I’ve met in terms of hospitality in Japan. Food is super reasonably priced with special flavors and good portion

We were staying two blocks up at Aqua Citti Hotel and went walking. We found the Estinate Lounge and decided to try them for lunch. We each had the ground beef patty cooked in the cast iron skillet with sides. It was really good. The next night we went there for dinner. Ordered the pizza (@8.00... usd) for one and an order of the spaghetti with clams. Both were very good. Only reason it wasn't rated a 5 is it was a little pricey. We went back again the last night in Naha and had the pizza's again.

I loved this hotel and I also loved the lounge. Food was very nice and we bought breakfast everyday. It includes free drinks and it was always extra delicious.

Nice ambience with free welcome drink if you stay at the hotel. There are also value meal offers and breakfast also serves here.
