“Wow! Best meal ever. ”
I came here by coincidence as most places around were closed on Saturday night. What a great surprise. I had the seafood/veggie pancake and it was one of the most delicious things I ever had. They make it in front of you in an entertaining way. Sake is super delicious. I had the traditional Okin...awa ice cream for desert plus Creme brûlée. Really really good. A staff member spoke perfect English and entertained me all night as I was visiting by myself. I’m very surprised that this place doesn’t receive more TripAdvisor reviews. Must be a hidden, unexplored gem. I stayed at the Red Planet hotel nearby. Good hotel with reasonable prices.

“Hasu full course meal”
Went to Hasu with my wife, son and his wife. The decor is minimalist and has a counter with cooking surface. It does have private rooms but we enjoyed sitting at the counter. The chef is internationally trained working in Hawaii, where he learnt English, and also in Europe. We had a full menu, star...ting with an appetiser, soup, the local spiny lobster, a serving of vegetables, ishigawa steak, omelet, okonomiyaki. Desert was a selection of creme brûlée chocolate gateau and 2 flavours of ice cream. Whilst cooking these meals he chatted with us about cooking the meals and why he did it the way he did. A meal like this is not cheap but it is special and that’s why you try somewhere like Hasu. It goes without saying that the whole meal was delicious.

“Good but a bit expensive ”
We eat okonomiyaki and we're very good, but a little bit expensive (1580 Yen for a simple okonomiyaki) . It was very difficult to order, since they don't speak English, but luckily we met a guy who works there and lived in France and he was very kind and nice. 5 star to him!!!

“Overpriced ”
Very stylish restaurant. Menu was ok, nothing special. All same what all others have in menu. Portions tasty and well made but very tiny and very expensive vs what you get. Service comfort and good, but its doesnt help disappointment. Wine recommend wasnt fit with dinner and we needed ask what wine... we got. Nobody knew what wine we have and asked from others. Very strange service. Restaurant was totally empty when all others in area was full booked or more than half full. After good taste of portions, cant recommend restaurant
