鮨と和の食 清吉

お昼のランチおまかせをいただきました。桃の節句がテーマのお料理で見た目もすごく綺麗でした。味はもちろん全て美味しかったです。写真には写っていないのですが(メニューのみ)握りも美味しかったです。特にさわらとうなぎの香ばしさはたまらなかったです。うなぎは端が少しパリッとした歯応えは良かった。 デザートは抹茶のタルトのさつまいものモンブラン｡甘味少なめなので苦手な方にも召し上がれると思います。 ちょっとお友達と贅沢したいとか記念日やお祝い事とかにもいいのではないのでしょうか？お一人でも充分楽しめますよ。私は一人だったので店長さんと少しお喋りをするのも楽しかったです。 I had a lovely... lunch to celebrate Hinamatsuri on 3rd March, and it felt truly special. The ten pieces of nigiri were beautifully prepared — I was so busy enjoying them that I forgot to take photos! My favourites were the Spanish mackerel and the eel, both slightly smoky with a delicate crispness around the edges. The dessert, a matcha tart topped with sweet potato “Mont Blanc”, was perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. The gentle bitterness of the matcha complemented the natural sweetness of the sweet potato wonderfully. If you’re visiting Japan, this is well worth trying. It’s authentic Japanese cuisine of excellent quality, and remarkable value for money.
