Hotel(Kirishima Castle) recommended few restaurants includig Satsuaji. Their menu showed some typical local dishes such as Chicken Sashimi. I ordered Sashii(fish) denshoku and my wife tempura udon and one more oden nabe. All those dishes were very good! Regretfully, could not order chicken sashimi a...s I was not supposed to eat fresh chicken meat. It seemed to be one of their representative menu.
