“Would not recommend.”
Stumbled upon this restaurant while walking in Ginza on a Sunday afternoon while visiting Tokyo. The pictures of the food lured us in. We were immediately turned away, saying they had no space because they were full of reservations. That led us to believe the food must be great. We made a lunch r...eservation and returned a few days later. Immediately again they attempted to turn us away but we explained we had a reservations. Staff was friendly but, maybe they were trying to warn us by turning us away because the food is terrible. Worse paella I’ve ever had with a very strange appetizer served with it. Neither of us finished our food just paid and left.

“Terrible service”
Terrible service. Waited for seating even though seats were empty. Finally seated and no service for 15 more minutes. I felt ignored. Finally left.

“Run away!!!”
Besides the unfriendly staff , the food was awful, the seafood paella had frozen seafood in it and the waitress did not even bother to explain the tapas we were served. Absolutely the worst experience in Japan.

“Totally nasty! Somos españoles ”
This food did TERRIBLE justice to Spanish food. We are from Galicia. The restaurant should be shut down. No flavor at all. The pulpo de Galicia was disgusting. Patatas bravas ..... ketchup with 5 potatoes. Do not come here.

“味・サービスともいまいちでコスパ悪い Worthless but expensive”
Awful with bad service and terrible food. Don’t go パエリアは湿っぽくておいしくない、店員も暇なのに呼んでもすぐ来ないで面倒くさそうな対応。 ランチで利用。野菜とチーズのパエリアセットを頼んだがメニューに書いていないのにシーフードが入っており、アレルギーの注文を変更。パエリアのセットはミニサラダのみ食べ、パエリアは一口も手をつけずアレルギーである旨を伝えたが、1600円のうち1100円も請求された。 このようなケースは変更後のメニューのみか、前菜のみの請求となると思うが無駄金を払った。(こちらも確認不足もありますが) 店長の男性が対応したのに...なんだかなぁと思いました。 立地もあるが味・サービスが悪くコストパフォーマンス的にも良くない。オススメしません。
