Quality food for an appropriate price given the area. The Wagyu came out as pictured and was delicious. The ponzu sauce and the sesame sauce was made in house. We had a somewhat intimate setting, where they had to expand our table for our big plates of meat. Just right and enough. 🥩 Premium Wagyu Shabu-Shabu Set The set comes with 160g of premium Japanese Black Wagyu, fresh vegetables, tofu, mochi rice cake, and handmade kishimen noodles to finish. The first thing that surprised me was the generous portion of Wagyu. At 160g, it’s more than what many restaurants usually ser...ve, and it already looked incredibly satisfying before the first bite. Simply swish the beautifully marbled Wagyu through the hot broth for a few seconds… The moment it touches your tongue, it almost melts away. The rich sweetness of the fat and the deep umami of the beef create an unforgettable bite. 🤍 What makes this restaurant even more special is the attention they give to their dipping sauces. 🥜 The sesame sauce is homemade by slowly grinding sesame seeds, peanuts, cashews, and walnuts for over six hours. It’s rich and nutty without being too heavy—an incredible match for the Wagyu. 🍋 The ponzu sauce is also made in-house using kombu kelp and bonito broth, blended with brewed vinegar and yuzu citrus. Since it’s made without preservatives, it tastes incredibly fresh, bright, and full of natural umami. And finally… 🍜 Kishimen noodles to finish. The noodles are served in the broth that has absorbed all the flavors from the Wagyu and vegetables throughout the meal. My sister and I had a wonderful dinner at Shabu Shabu & Steak Niimura Main Branch during our visit to Tokyo. The Wagyu beef was of exceptional quality tender, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making the entire dining experience even ...more enjoyable. The restaurant has a great ambiance, combining comfort and elegance, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. If you’re looking for a memorable meal in Tokyo, I highly recommend this restaurant. Delicious food, excellent service, and a fantastic atmosphere make it a must-visit.

Service was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful. The beef sukiyaki is one of the best we have eaten in Japan. Highly recommended.
