“No good ”
The quality of the food Is low and the chooice Is very small. The price Is very expensive and the personal dont speak a good english

“Good service but Poor food especially buffet”
I decided to try the buffet at the Ceres restaurant after seeing that nice poster and I also get discounts as a hotel resident. While the service was good, the food was just plain disgusting. The buffet selection was weak to begin with and the food was clearly been out for a while. They look noth...ing like the picture. Plus I am annoyed that they don't have an "Asian/Japanese" soup option available. I regretted not having dinner at the AEON mall or maybe I should just buy a bento at the AEON supermarket. Don't bother with their dinner buffets even if it is cheap. If you must eat here, please stick with the a la carte menu, which is at least freshly made.

“A la carte menu was better than buffet”
The buffet was fairly poor, lousy pizza, horrid pork dish, a lot of Japanese items( of course!) Too many salad items that were already practically gone when we started out. The a la carte menu had better offerings and was a better deal dollar wise. We had the Waygu burger with fries, delish. And the... Caesar said and regular salad were lovely, easier than the stuff on the buffet. The wait staff are very welcoming and gracious. Most speak English.

“Best place to eat if staying at Crown Plaza”
Amazing selection of food at their Buffett. Everything is cooked fresh and you will not leave hungry nor disappointed. Excellent customer service!

“first japan trip”
Food was very good not too pricey as compared to other hotels . The wait staff was very attentive and spoke good English which was a relief so I could order without issues.
