The food and atmosphere were what one expects at a chain restaurant -- ordinary. But having the waiter come up at the end of the meal and blurt out the word "tip" was a complete buzzkill. You won't be seeing any of my hard-earned yen ever again.

Celebrated my Wife's birthday with a few friends, service and food was really great. We let them know it was a birthday so they brought out the birthday cake with a little fire works and a banner.

Garbage food. I didn't expect fine dining but jesus in japan I thought the steak would at least be edible. It was tough and undercooked. I needed a chainsaw to cut it and I asked for medium and it came blue. Fries and signature sauce were okay but this good is expensive dog food.

We found at dinner time (7-8pm ish) we were really struggling to find anywhere to eat on a Saturday night in Tokyo so were forced to go to TGI which was over half empty. Hands down the worst food (but most expensive) we had in Tokyo. I ordered some sort of spicy chicken salad. It was inedible. ve...ry very hot with no flavour. I'd never been to TGI before but would put their food in the mass produced junk food category. But they are charging medium prices. The staff were uninterested which was rare in Tokyo as we generally found the service everywhere else excellent. My advice is to find somewhere else and don't make the mistake we made out of hunger. It was awful

It was a place which could accommodate big group like ours (13). The staff was courteous and understood our needs and were really helpful. The portion size is really big and they have few vegan options for vegetarian friendly. The drinks were nice but not too pocket friendly.
