“Miserable service”
We’ve travelled around this amazing country for over 2 weeks, visited countless restaurants and been blown away the positive experiences, the wonderful people and great food. However, this tonight gets the prize for the worst service accompanied by decidedly average food. One waiter tried a little b...ut the guy on the front door was rude, surly and unhelpful. It was as if he was doing us a favour to be working there. Why work in the hospitality sector if you don’t like people, not just us, smiling goes with the territory. Views are good but don’t waste your money here, much better food and service elsewhere in Tokyo.

“Excellent Experience and Food”
I've been to Tokyo 3 times and I've been to Washoku en Shiodome 3 times. Love this place. The ambiance is marvelous, the food is excellent and the service is outstanding. You have to get the asparagus

“Price / quality a 5 star”
Excellent food and ambiance especially at the tatami area. I highly recommend The sashimi platter , the wague and Sabo all are outstanding. Best price/ quality offer. Highly recommended.

“Great food, terrible service”
We were in Tokyo for a short trip and our concierge recommended this establishment. Our waiter was extremely short with us and after we received our food, never checked on us again despite us trying multiple times to catch his attention. We worked very hard to communicate in a polite manner but was... met disrespect.

“Amazing food and views”
Amazing lunch. Big dishes and delicious Japanese food. Great views of the city. Very reasonable prices. Floor 42. Worth the visit.
