This time, I chose their most popular course, the Taiga Course, and it was an excellent dining experience that allowed me to enjoy a wide variety of premium meat dishes centered around Japanese yakiniku. The course featured not only high-quality grilled beef but also specialties such as wagyu sushi and sukiyaki, showcasing the versatility of Japanese beef through different cooking styles. Every dish was beautifully presented, and it was clear that great attention had been paid not only to the taste and quality of the ingredients but also to the overall dining experience. The presentation, aroma, and flavors came together to create a meal that could truly be enjoyed with all five senses. The restaurant also offers private dining rooms, making it an excellent choice for business dinners, celebrations, anniversaries, or other special occasions.
