和牛ステーキ・ハンバーグ 将泰庵

船橋駅直結のシャポー船橋内にある 和牛ステーキ・ハンバーグ将泰庵 シャポー船橋店 を利用しました。買い物や仕事帰りにも立ち寄りやすい立地で、上質な和牛を気軽に楽しめる人気店です。 今回はトマトソースのハンバーガーにチーズをトッピングして注文しました。ジューシーな和牛パティと濃厚なチーズ、ほどよい酸味のトマトソースが絶妙にマッチしていて、最後まで飽きずに美味しくいただけました。 セットでいただいたオニオングラタンスープは、じっくり炒めた玉ねぎの甘みとコクが感じられ、体も温まる一品。デザートには焼き芋ブリュレを注文しましたが、香ばしく炙られた表面と焼き芋の自然な甘さが相性抜群で、食後まで大満足...でした。 ドリンクは生キウイサワーを注文。フレッシュなキウイの果肉がたっぷり入っていて、お肉との相性も良く、さっぱりと楽しめました。ランチやディナーはもちろん、ちょっと贅沢な食事やデートにもおすすめしたいお店です。 I visited Wagyu Steak & Hamburg Shoutaian Chapeau Funabashi, located inside Chapeau Funabashi, which is directly connected to Funabashi Station. Its convenient location makes it an easy stop while shopping or after work, and it’s a great place to enjoy high-quality Japanese wagyu in a relaxed setting. This time, I ordered the Tomato Sauce Wagyu Hamburger with an extra cheese topping. The juicy wagyu beef patty, rich melted cheese, and slightly tangy tomato sauce complemented each other perfectly, creating a well-balanced and satisfying meal from the first bite to the last. The set included a delicious French onion soup, which had a deep, rich flavor thanks to the slowly caramelized onions. It was comforting and perfect for warming up. For dessert, I chose the Roasted Sweet Potato Brûlée. The crisp caramelized surface paired beautifully with the natural sweetness of the roasted sweet potato, making it a memorable way to end the meal. To drink, I ordered a Fresh Kiwi Sour, which was filled with real kiwi fruit. Its refreshing flavor paired surprisingly well with the rich wagyu and added a light finish to the meal. Whether you’re visiting for lunch, dinner, a special treat, or even a date, this restaurant is an excellent choice for anyone looking to enjoy premium wagyu in the Funabashi area.
