“A Perfect Wagyu Experience in Tokyo”
We had an outstanding dinner at Ushigoro S Ginza. The quality of the wagyu was exceptional from start to finish, with beautifully presented courses and perfectly balanced flavors throughout the meal. What truly elevated the experience was the service from Mizuki Oishi, who served and prepared our m...eal with incredible professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Every course was explained thoughtfully, and the pacing of the dinner felt seamless and relaxed. Mizuki made the evening feel both luxurious and welcoming. The restaurant delivers a refined, intimate atmosphere that feels worthy of its reputation, and the attention to detail across the entire experience was impressive. Easily one of the most memorable dining experiences we had in Tokyo. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an elevated wagyu experience in Ginza.

“Great place to enjoy a Wagyu menu”
We spent a great evening, enjoying a wide selection of Wagyu beef, well prepared by a lovely hostess. The accompanying side dishes, sake and beer made for a memorable culinary experience!

“Great food and service by Mizuki”
I visited the One Ginza branch on my own and had an excellent experience. The food was outstanding, but what truly elevated the visit was the service. I’d especially like to give credit to Mizuki Ito, my waiter, who was incredibly attentive and helpful - offering thoughtful recommendations and guidi...ng me on how to cook the meat properly. This support made the experience even more enjoyable.

“Excellent in every respect”
My friend and I both enjoyed very much our dinner in Ushigoro S. Ginza. We took Menu K (32,000 yen + tax per person). There’re altogether 14 coures. All dishes, especially those made with wagyu beef, were very delicious. Highlights included: - smoked beef tartare with caviar - chuck flap with t...ruffle sukiyaki style - thick-cut beef tongue - chateaubriand cutlet sandwich with truffle - clay pot rice with beef fillet and grilled corn. The beef, which I was told was from Tottori, was of exceptional quality. The service was top notch. Haraguchi-dan, who served us throughout our meal, was very courteous. He explained clearly every dish and grilled the meat in a very professional manner. There’re only private rooms in this high-end restaurant so we dined very comfortably. Highly recommended.

“Discrimination , ”
Ushigoro Ginza have a nice menu , but the The staff's attitude was terrible. We were discriminated against for being Hispanic. Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were not allowed in, and even though we requested to speak with the manager or a supervisor, no one was called. The main receptio...nist discriminated against us and asked us to leave the restaurant.
