“Chinese food”
I was here for lunch from the recommendation from my colleague, thinking that I may miss my Chinese food when away from home. The restuarant is actually above the Tokyo City Airport Terminal. This is a Casual Dining place. It was quite pack during Lunch. We ordered some dim sum like fried spring ...rolls, prawn dumplings to share.Each one of us ordered our bowl of noodles ( Mine was a clear soup base noodles ) which is a big portion to me. My colleague ordered a bowl of soup like shark fins. The Mopo Dofu is supposed to be their speciality but we didnt ordered. Price is reasonable. Being a Cantonese Chinese dialect speaking myself , I would say teh dishes are more localised Chinese dishes. Not the one which you expect from the Pure Cantonese of China nor Hong Kong.

“Special Chinese Noodles in TCAT”
This restaurant is a little upscale for the City Air Terminal but their specialty is particular type of somewhat rare Chinese noodle which is pretty tasty. Every time I try to go it is packed with salarymen who can get rowdy but that can be fun for the tourist and is a good indication of the quality... of the food. There is no English web site but I'm including the link to TCAT. Service is very good.
