I had a disappointing experience at Pâtisserie & Café Del’immo in Azabudai Hills. For a café that presents itself as quite upscale and stylish, the customer service did not meet expectations at all. As a tourist, I couldn’t help but feel that locals were treated differently, which made the experienc...e uncomfortable. This was actually the only place during my time in Tokyo where I encountered this kind of hospitality, which was surprising given Japan’s usual high standard of service. It’s a shame because the setting is beautiful, but service really affects the overall experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place to others, and I wouldn’t return.
