“French Japanese epicurean delight”
Went for date night at this small, Meguro spot and had an amazing meal. Authentic French preparations with a slight Japanese twist. We had the 6 course tasting menu which I recommend, local fish with herbed, buttery risotto, perfectly cooked steak with deliciously seasoned greens, and an epic 5 cour...se dessert - coffee soufflé, chocolate mousse, vanilla pudding, merengue, and grapefruit sorbet. It was a wonderful meal and we can't wait to go back.

“Nice meal but ...”
Some of the food showed why this was a michelin one star - oyster starter and confit de canard were excellent. However service was slow taking 2 hours before main arrived with bread being offered every 5 minutes to fill in the time waiting. Wine list was ok but not as extensive as hoped with only on...e white burgundy that was good. Overall this meal was a little inconsistent for a michelin one star.
