“Very disappointed”
The girl who showed us to our table was dour and very unfriendly, our server on the other hand went out of her way to help us, her name was Kaho, lovely girl. It was our last night in Tokyo but sadly the food was awful, I’ve had many Italian meals round the world but this must be the most tasteless,... so disappointing.

“Italian in Shonjuku.”
Great Italian food, good wines and beers. Lovely service from Yuki . Nice place to stop off and enjoy an alternative to Japanese food. (Although I love Japanese food!)

“Unremarkable”
Located in a hotel / business center. Seems to be very popular with locals. Food is very mediocre, certainly by standards of Italian restaurants in US. Food ordering is awkward for non-Japanese - it is ordered via QR code which seems to malfunction a few times for both of our phones.

“They will try too rip you off”
To start with The staff served us with a nice dish of something we did not order. It was a nice potatoe dish which we thought must be complementary. Turns out it wasn't . we ordered the pizza but what was served didn't resemble the picture they showed us in the menus The waitress tried to convince ...us that what she was serving was the same as what we ordered. She should have gone to spec savers. In the end we gave up as they would not acknowledge that they could not deliver what they promised. We walked out and later checked the trip advisor reviews which turned out to be rubbish. DO NOT WASTE YOUR APPITITE ON THESE CON ARTISTS
