“Excellent meal”
Although the restaurant was very busy and we had no reservation our waiter Yuki managed to get us a table after a few minutes,he was welcoming and his english was excellent as our japanese is no existent. We had pizza and pasta, both were great and service was perfect. Would certainly recommend.

“Very disappointed”
The girl who showed us to our table was dour and very unfriendly, our server on the other hand went out of her way to help us, her name was Kaho, lovely girl. It was our last night in Tokyo but sadly the food was awful, I’ve had many Italian meals round the world but this must be the most tasteless,... so disappointing.

“Italian in Shonjuku.”
Great Italian food, good wines and beers. Lovely service from Yuki . Nice place to stop off and enjoy an alternative to Japanese food. (Although I love Japanese food!)

“Unremarkable”
Located in a hotel / business center. Seems to be very popular with locals. Food is very mediocre, certainly by standards of Italian restaurants in US. Food ordering is awkward for non-Japanese - it is ordered via QR code which seems to malfunction a few times for both of our phones.

“Dissapointing”
Not really a proper Italian menu. Sad that no starters. Food was satisfactory not outstanding. Seemed popular with locals. Waitress attentalthough ordering is via the mobile an QR code
