“Excellent Authentic Pizza - fast service”
Who on earth gets pizza in Japan?!?! We didn’t have a lot of time for lunch and we felt like something different. We saw this pizza place while walking around earlier and said “why not?” They boast a list of 20 or 30 varieties of pizza each for ¥500. For ¥500 you get a 30cm (12”) pizza that will ...be anything from a simple cheese pizza to a seafood pizza in both red and white sauces. The crust is the thin crust like you’ll get in Italy and the pizza is cooked quickly in a fire oven (there may be another name for that). Two of us were in and out in less than 30 minutes and it was excellent! I highly recommend Cona Gotanda if you find yourself in this area and want a quick tasty meal. If you’re with others, each of you try different pizzas and share for variety. At this price that is easy to do. I will be back in this area later this summer and will be back to try another version of their pizza.
