Restaurant specializing in Udon noodles, popular among tourists too, facing the inner court of the stylish commercial facility known as “Komorebi Rokugan” on Komachi Street
Mr. Nagase, the owner, aims at offering “warm things while still warm, cold things while still cold, and at making the most of the flavors in ingredients in a simple way”.
Therefore, there are only counter seats in our restaurant. Udon noodles are made after an order has been placed and they are served freshly boiled.
The serious attitude towards Udon noodles are also reflected in the words: “We want customers to see every aspect of the cooking process, face-to-face.”
