Amazing yakiniku experience in Yokohama. The wagyu beef was incredibly fresh and flavorful, especially the thick-cut steak. The staff grilled the meat for us and explained the best way to enjoy each cut. Friendly service, relaxing atmosphere, and every dish was delicious. There are 14 courses in total. I especially like the raw mixed Wagyu beef in the appetizers. It is tender and fragrant, and very elastic. Needless to say, there is no need to say about Wagyu beef grain/beef tongue/sukiyaki, which can accurately capture our hearts every time. * It's the first time we received greetings in Chinese in a restaurant in Japan. Yokohama is so good. During the meal, we chatted that we were Chinese, so we buried the foreshadowing.
