“Best Meal in Tokyo”
This was the best meal our family had in Tokyo! Not surprising as it is right next to the acclaimed fish market and sources from there. Went with my husband, 14 yo and 11 yo kids. The chef made us feel so welcome and special! Well worth the price and very family friendly. It is a bit hard to find-... you take two rights coming out from the fish market, up a flight of stairs then down a flight of stairs. We got there at 6:15 AM and had no wait but when we left there was a line so get there early if you can!

“Best sushi I had in Tokyo”
The sushi was delicious, really great! And I think the price is more than reasonable, I tried the omakase menu and also asked for 2 more nigiri, with miso soup and tea I spent around 8000 yen, not bad to be in Tokyo, for the quality of the food

“Fresh and yummy sushi”
We waited in line for about 40 minutes around 8AM. The omakase nigiri and tuna sashimi we had was so fresh and tasty. The chef was friendly. He tried to tell us what we were eating with his limited English. It was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

“Great sushi omakase place”
Great, fresh sushi in a neat little omakase place. It opens at 6AM, I suggest getting there before 6, so you don’t have to wait long in the queue. Inside sits about 10 people at a time, so don’t bring large groups. The staff are friendly and the chef did his best to identify each dish. Authentic Jap...anese atmosphere inside. Location is a bit hard to find so don’t hesitate asking for directions!

“Amazing nigiri”
Amazing nigiri. Huge fish portions. We had one morning in Toyosu and opted for Daiwa over Dai because we have kids and it was a shorter wait. I was not disappointed. We showed up at 5:30am on a Thursday and were second in line. No menu for kids but they were fine with our kids sitting at the co...unter and watching us eat. Good service. They gave our toddler kids chopsticks to play with. It was a pretty quick experience, we were done by 6:30. It was about 6700 yen a person with 7+1 courses. At the time this was the best sushi I’ve ever had. It’s still the best sushi I’ve ever had for the price. I’ll be visiting again when I make it back to Japan.
