“Fantastic little Italian restaurant”

I found this place by asking a very sophisticated looking sales woman where I could get a good dish of Pasta. Ginza is full of Italian restaurants and I wasn't sure which would be good. This place was excellent. A simple pasta dish for around 10 USD. This would probably cost double in NYC in a s...imilar located establishment with ambiance. I think it is the kind of place where more well to do people in the area come for a quick lunch. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
