“Great original flavors”

This is a local favorite in a city famous for pasta. They have three restaurants I believe, I've been to two. Their flavors are a little different, have a little twist added that make them either really good or not so much so depending on what you like. I really really like some of their dishes (pep...peroncino) while my wife really likes their meat sauce. There's always a bit of a wait and the parking lot is often full, but it's a great meal if you've got a little time to spare and you're a fan of pasta!
