ASAHINA Gastronome

This is one place where food, service and quality all is incredible. Simply put, it ranks up there in the top 2 of all my dining experiences in anywhere in the world in my last 50 yrs ! I would just say ~ go here if you want quality, if you want an out of the world dining experience and a real o...ut of the world wine pairing too , with outstanding service and incredible food If you want the best french experience of the highest level food that is amazing from start to finish ~ then go here! Wine list is great too and not cheap ~ yet most reasonable and value for the quality From start to finish its incredible. The desserts too are incredible. Last but not least ~ the staff to the send off from the chef himself ~ the experience was wonderful Sadly my camera battery died on my visit so few pics are posted...So I will not say or show about this "secret"! I just say , if you are looking for the best in Gastronome and can , go here before you die ! Life is too short and you must try here at least one time in your life!

Asahina was an amazing dining experience as good as anywhere I have been on the planet. I suspect we were very fortunate to have made a reservation so soon after it opened as I have no doubt in a few months it will be impossible to get a table without several weeks notice. Each course in the degust...ation menu was immaculately crafted with a total focus on the flavour and delicacy or intensity of the course as each dish necessitated. The piste de resistance was the mascarpone apple dessert, the intensity of the burst of flavour contrasted against the suprising intensity of the flavour inside. I cannot recommend the experience of dining at this signature restaurant of Satoru Asahina enough and it has to be an "have to do" lifetime gastronomic experience.
