Friendly service and excellent kushikatsu and udon! When you first arrive, they bang on some drums and it makes for good atmosphere. You can order each item using a tablet or you can start with a set mix of 5. There's a 300 yen charge for cabbage to balance out all that fried food. I ordered separ...ately: the shrimp, squid, onions, yam, and avocado. I tried some of the seasoning and liked the cayenne pepper. You might wonder how can fried vegetables taste extra good? Well, their website says they make their own batter and fry it in beef tallow (fat). Ordered the udon to round out the meal and did not expect such perfection! The udon had thinly sliced meat with a bit of fat. Noodles were al dente and the broth was full of flavor! What a delightful surprise. As I write this, I want to return and eat more kushikatsu! Total bill was 2400 yen, and although, it seems pricey, it'll be one of the best kushikatsu experiences! Find this in Shibuya Parco located in the Chaos Kitchen B1! And, remember NOT to double dip! :)
