“Fantastic kaiseki experience”
This is a very good Japanese restaurant. I have been here three times, and I will definitely come back when I am in Tokyo again. Chef Yuuki Tanaka delivers a fantastic experience in every way, taste, presentation and explain where the food has been sourced and how to get the most out of it when eati...ng. A quiet atmosphere and impeccable service. I highly recommend this place.

“The highlight of our Japan trip”
Being a family of foodies, we wanted to try Kaiseki for years. Finally the time had come during our trip to Japan with an exclusive dinner just for the four of us, prepared by the exceptional chef Yuuki Tanaka and his team. Having experienced many Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe and the US, w...e can attest that his creations are on par and go beyond. Actually a comparison is even unfair as it is an immersion into Japanese culture rather than just a dinner. Chef Tanaka is explaining the background of the dishes and the people that produce the ingredients. The fact that these are all curated by the chef and come from his home province of Mie makes Ise Sueyoshi (named after the chef‘s father) even more special. We tried both the regular and the vegetarian menu and they were both delicious. The sake pairing is highly recommended, of course the wine comes from Ise, a wonderful journey through the variety of this Japanese treasure. We hope we can come back soon to experience more of Tanaka-san‘s art. You have four more fans in Germany now :-).

“Intime and breathtaking”
Incredible experience because calling it a dinner doesn’t make it justice, chef Yuuki and his colleagues are truly masters of their craft, the ability to use such simple ingredients, all from his hometown and region, and creating such dishes it’s incredible. Sake pairing it’s a must!!! Thank you fo...r this experience hope to come back again one day!!
