“A Sublime Culinary Experience”
We have had many kaiseki dinners before, but this was unique in that the chef not only explained the elements of each dish but also chose a sake to accompany each course. The meat, fish and vegetables all seem sourced from the Ise region. The puffer fish was exquisitely prepared as was the ultra-lig...ht matcha pudding, as rich and as smooth as a soufflé. The intimacy of the surroundings added to the pleasure if the evening. A final comment — and by no means intended as a criticism — is that it would be yseful to have instructions in Jaoanese fir the taxi driver, as the address of Ise Sueyoshi is not obvious for foreign guests.

“Meticulously Delicious!”
We were transported to a welcoming, intimate space with a chef and sous chef attending to our every desire. The meticulously planned and prepared food took us on a journey through Japanese farm to table. And the sake pairing should not be missed; this opened my eyes to the nuances of unique Japanese... beverage.

“Wedding anniversary celebration meal”
A wonderful experience for our anniversary The passion of this young chef and his team and their support of their suppliers is to be admired . Every course was fresh and bursting with flavour down to the last decorative leaf. I enjoyed the journey through their book that accompanies the tasting... menu . My husband had the sake tasting accompaniment and it was the best sake he has ever had . Thank you for a wonderful evening
