I think i am going to remember this place for a while. The master chef is like an alchemist in sushi. Surely, he knows how to combine all those ingredients harmoniously. If you want to try a private, high-quality sushi, i definitely recommend this place. But this place opens around 5;30 without any... sitting area, be aware of being too early. Me and my husband ordered omakase and it comes with about 20 pieces (can be varied) The chef gave us none-stop meal for an hour and a half. All sushi pieces were so satisfying. There isn’t a single piece we hated and all pieces worth money!

This was the best sushi I have ever eaten!! Course after course was simply delicious. The chef explained everything well in English and the staff were very attentive. We had dinner at another top restaurant the night before which was triple the price and not as good. Book early as there are only 10 ...seats. You won’t regret it.

I only discovered this place from a recommendation by the Amex Plat concierge and booked a reservation for lunch. The omakase was wonderful for its price. This is a great place to get an upscale omakase experience without breaking the bank. The chef was very kind in explaining the differences betwee...n the cuts of fish and such. I'd definitely go again.

Recommend by the concierge at the Park Hyatt as one of the top places in Tokyo for sushi, we embarked on an amazing culinary experience at Sushi Tou. Carefully crafted gourmet sushi, slowly and timely served, we were amazed! You can pick from three sushi selections and the magic starts to happen... in front of your eyes... I always like to experience the real culture when I visit another country and Sushi Tou offered just that. Loved when I walked in and saw mostly locals. I knew then that I was in the right place. The staff was extremely kind and pleasant. Kudos to our sushi chef Uryo and waitress Sayo. You made our experience unforgettable! Just loved the intimate vibe of Sushi Tou. The neighborhood where Sushi Tou is located is darling so we took a little time after dinner to stroll through the narrow residential streets around the resto. Lastly, make reservations because the place only sits about 11-12 people at a time. Sushi Tou was an amazing experience you will not want to miss! Enjoy.

One fo the highlights of our trip - we went on the last night in Japan. The staff were so sweet and accommodating. I have a nut allergy and they went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. The chefs were smart and charming, offering us helpful tips on how to eat and enjoy each and ever...y dish. We felt right at home in what could be an intimidating experience for sushi newbies conscious of following proper Japanese etiquette. The food was incredible and definitely the best sushi/sashimi I have ever eaten. Fabulous hidden gem of a restaurant and chef Matsumoto was a delight.
