“80% fat 20% meat”
Perhaps this one was the bad sheep in the Gyukaku chain. The pork neck meat and precooked dishes came out great, but all the beef and chicken orders came out terrible. It didn't matter which beef we ordered, after the first 2 order of beef, all beef were 80% fat and 20% meat. The chicken was wors...e. We thought they just gave us chicken skin right from the start. We had to look for the tiny piece of meat within the fat. I asked the server about the high fat content and barely any chicken meat. He said this is normal but he himself couldn't quite point out where the chicken meat was. We ate at 8pm so they really should not ran out of materials. Try another place, but not this one.
