The food is really good, could have more options of sushi… the dessert not extraordinary but does the job. The view is amazing and it is a great place to eat and relax a bit! The all you can eat buffet also includes soda, juice and tea refil. I recommend!

Very good environment and great view. Very clean and extremely attentive staff. Food is fresh and nice with lots of options and plenty of drink choices.

"Dirty, dirty, dirty" Peoples who cooking and prepare in the kitchen was play around, Soda fountain never cleaned. Table, seat, everywhere was so filthy. Food was all dried up, we ordered all you can eat carb and each family member paid for entry. No one couldn't find anything to eat. Served raw, co...ld crab and said it was normal . They did give me carb leg refund. Don't wast money here. there is much more better restaurant around. I can't believe that the most famous department store in Japan at the center of Tokyo station, they sell high end brand items at down stair floor. Department should inspect all the food services up stairs make sure they are within the health code. Waste so much foods by careless manager and workers

THIS HAS TO BE THE MOST AWFUL PLACE FOR A DINNER BUFFET. After many visits to Tokyo, we were always curious to try it. Well, finally we did, and opted for the dinner buffet plus the all you can eat snow crab leg, for 8100yen (about $80cad). I don't know where the posted photos are taken but the q...uality of the food was sub-par, dismal and just plain awful. The cleanliness is terrible, as can be seen with food drips on the cabinet doors in front of the buffet line. The sushi area was not what you would expect from a standard dining place in Tokyo. They tended to seat the foreigners along the glass window front to attract other tourist...well, it worked on us lol. A brief mention of our dissatisfaction at the end of the meal was met with a shrug by the cashier person. We were not expecting a refund, just wanted to express how it was a very bad buffet overall. Totally not work the $80 and I would ecourage others to stay away. DON'T BE SUCKERED BY THEIR USE OF TRIPADVIOSOR OWL LOGO ON THEIR BROCHURE/DISPLAY.

THE WORST place I have EVER eaten in Japan. I lived in Japan 4 years, one year of which was in Tokyo. I have visited about 15 times since. I recently went there on the recommendation of a Japanese friend, who had never eaten there, but had seen foreigners sitting there. It was about 7.30pm when I ...arrived; my Portuguese friends arrived before me and had had to pay on arrival. I had wanted to take them out for a nice meal. There was hardly anyone there. There was not a lot of food. Mostly it was not replenished. I have had far better meals for way less money than this. t was very overpriced. I have never had to pay on arrival before either. I have eaten all over Japan, often in small, cheap places. This was worse than any of them. I wrote to the restaurant to complain, it was so bad. I got a reply saying that "The taste can be subjective and can vary from person to person". Here is the comment from my friend, who barely ate a thing, as she thought it was terrible too: "It was great to be with you even if the food was not the best." Obviously the 2 (actually 3) of us had the same "subjective" feeling. I would steer anyone well clear of this restaurant. I still can't believe how overpriced and bad it was for that price. I do not normally write poor reviews of restaurants. I
