“Quaint atmosphere”
Nice restaurant in the Atre store which is part of the Ebisu train station; great service and food. They had English menu. I had a carafe of Italian Chianti with was pretty good. The pizzas were good.

“Maybe back in the 1980s...”
I should have known better in Ebisu, but landed here due to a series of circumstances. It was not "such" bad, but as mentioned in the title, this place might have been of a decent level at the end of the 80s maybe beginning of the 90s, but now it is barely acceptable. Of course there are plenty of w...orst places, but if you compare with "Saizeria" perhaps. The cheese on the pizza is of the type that remains heavy in your stomach for the whole day and the small bottle of S. Pellegrino was overpriced. All in all however, I managed to survive and we were served promptly and everything went well without major problems. I would have loved something better tough!
