Gluten Free T’s Kitchen

Great casual restaurant in Tokyo midtown for gluten free Japanese cuisine - good size portions and lots of tasty options that are usually off the menu for GF folks. The spring rolls were especially delicious!

Because gluten free is so awfully challenging in Japan, we made reservations before arriving from Nikko to Tokyo. It was the highlight of our Tokyo visit. The place was very small but the food was absolutely delicious; everything is gf! The couple next to us must have been starving for gf food; t...hey ordered two of everything (two appetites, two main dishes and two desserts). If I ever come back to Tokyo, we're staying next door to this place. They did open a second restaurant, too. The desserts were a little disappointing. My gf cake was dry but the chocolate dessert that my daughter had was much better.

Excellent spot if looking for a meal and someone in your group has food allergies. Location is very small so call to reserve to be sure you get a table. Recommend the ramen for sure it was full of flavour.

Great place for Vegans! If you are looking for somewhere to eat vegan food especially at dinner time in Tokyo but still want Japanese food this is the place! We had vegan spring rolls and vegan dumplings to start and vegetable tempura (vegan) for our main. All were delicious.

Very happy with Ts Kitchen. The staff are really helpful with additional allergies. The food is fantastic. If you're a coeliac in Tokyo, look them up.
