“A Must-Visit Halal Ramen Experience in Asakusa”
As someone who has lived in Japan for more than 18 years and visited countless restaurants across the country, I can confidently say that Shunpudou is one of the most impressive halal-friendly restaurants I have experienced in Tokyo. Located just a short walk from Sensoji Temple, this restaurant of...fers something that many Muslim travelers struggle to find in Japan: authentic Japanese ramen made with halal-certified ingredients without compromising on quality. I ordered the A5 Wagyu Ramen and the famous Halal Wagyu Beef Cutlet. The A5 Wagyu Ramen was outstanding. A generous Wagyu steak sits on top of the ramen and slowly melts into the broth, creating a rich and flavorful experience. The beef cutlet was equally memorable, allowing you to finish cooking it to your preferred doneness. Crispy on the outside and incredibly juicy inside. What also makes this restaurant stand out is its commitment to Muslim travelers. The restaurant provides a prayer room and spacious seating suitable for families and groups. Highly recommended.

Best Ramen in Tokyo hands down! We ate a family of 4 visiting from the US and we travel a lot! The ambiance, the freshness of the ingredients and the serene atmosphere was top notch.
