“Be Mindful of 10% Added Charge for Eating In”
Came here with my son at 3:00 PM on a Monday afternoon and the place was not crowded. As soon as we were seated, we were informed by our waitress that a 10% charge will be added to our bill for eating in. I wasn’t taken aback, but stayed because my son was really craving shrimp hargow. He received... his food right away, but my crispy shrimp in rice flour roll came way after he was done eating. Unfortunately it was too late to cancel my order. I wasn’t a fan of the contrasting textures, but my son really liked his hargow.
