Not recommended for beginners of traditional Japanese cuisine. Sangiku is for those who appreciate the subtle but deep taste and the spirit of omotenashi. And do not expect top fill your stomach with chicken meat but rather discover what chicken can do behind the scenes. Excellent sake to match the ...ultra fine taste. No English menu. Only course menu served.
