“Parfait at night”
We truly enjoyed our experience of this unique Hokkaido culture. Pairing parfait with wine is something we have never done before. Every parfait on the menu was intricately designed with many carefully selected ingredients. The presentation was beautiful and the flavors were excellent, complex and w...ell balanced. We knew the wait time could be long so we planned our visit at dinner time. We did not need to wait to get seated but the small venue filled up very quickly and there was a line when we left the place. We highly recommend this parfait bar.

“For curiosity ”
After dinner at lamb BBQ Restaurant, we opted to try something unusual. I haven’t known but it’s Sapporo way that people go to have parfait after meal. We found Parfaiteria PaL from website and chose two kinds of parfaits. Mine was with pistachios although I haven’t tasted much but I can say it... was quite a lot. Probably it’s enough for two people. One should order a set which come with a drink by paying 250 yen extra.
