At our restaurant, guests can enjoy two distinct culinary experiences in one location.
We carefully select seasonal seafood delivered from Hokkaido and regions across Japan, chosen by experienced chefs. Using only the freshest ingredients purchased on the day, we serve seafood dishes that highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients. Our cuisine is based on traditional Japanese cooking, with refined flavors that also pair well with wine.
In addition, our concept “Nomasaru,” which means “you end up drinking more than expected,” features dashi-based cuisine made from a wide variety of ingredients, including kombu, bonito flakes, dried sardines, shiitake mushrooms, flying fish, shellfish, shrimp, chicken, beef, vegetables, and tomatoes. Each type of dashi is carefully matched to the ingredients and prepared with care. Enjoy our dashi dishes made with premium Rishiri kombu delivered directly from fishermen, together with your favorite cup sake. Sake cups are washed and may be taken home.
We offer over 40 varieties of Japanese sake at all times, including rare selections, as well as all-you-can-drink plans that include sake. Enjoy your meal while overlooking the night view of Susukino. We welcome guests from solo diners up to groups of 16 people. For parties larger than 16, please contact us by phone.
To ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests and to accommodate customers who require seating, we have established a cancellation policy. If you do not arrive and fail to contact us within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your booking will be treated as a no-show, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged according to your reservation. In cases deemed malicious, we may refuse future reservations and take legal action. Thank you for your understanding.
