“A lovely restaurant”
This restaurant was so good we went back three times during our stay in Kyoto, highly recommended. The staff were so efficient and friendly, it was almost like going back to see old friends each time we visited

“Correct but expensive. Not worth the price.”
We ate much better for half the price in many japanese restaurant. Still good dishes of course. Fast served as always in Japan.

“Really nice meal”
Located on the second floor mall of a suburban shopping centre/subway/bus terminus, this was a surprise. Must note that the menu is really confusing, but the trick is to choose one of the five specialty steaks in either 100 or 150 gram serves including two dipping sauces. Then two or three side pla...tes. We had the chrysanthemums salad and a Japanese tasting plate. The quality of the food was first class, and the balance of the tastes was perfect. Not the cheapest place at 10,000 yen for a couple, but the quality warranted that.
