“THE sushi in Kobe”
Excellent. Classic Edo-style sushi using the local catch. Classic in the sense of not-too-big, just the right size, and a perfect balance of the rice and the “topping.” Enjoy it with a sip of warm sake, like they used to. Quiet, but a very at-home atmosphere. They even have a Kobe beef nigiri, whic...h is unorthodox, but if you have a taste for wagyu, it will be an eye-opening (mouth-watering) experience. 5F of ANA Crown Plaza Hotel.

“Less than fresh sushi at high prices”
We visited the restaurant because we were too tired to go to the city. We soon regretted that we hadn't left again at once because all the fish and shellfish looked "tired" and tasted accordingly. The price would have been high even for fresher goods.
