Very Nice and dedicated service. We were in a private room. But extremely disapointing food. Maybe one needs to be an expert to appreciate but far from other 3 stars based on our experience. Low value for money

Terrible experience. Spend your money elsewhere. Some of the dishes were out-right bad, service was lazy - did not introduce the dishes or the story. Good things: nice price for a dom vintage 2015, private room and nice location. Insane that they have 3 stars

If you are looking for Michelin Star experience, dont waste your time here. Had some Michelin experience, this is the worst one. Nothing exciting about the food. But the worst thing is that the dessert (orange with almond custard) is filled with bitter taste. Don’t understand the point of receivin...g three star rating for this restaurant.

Such a wonderful Kaiseki dinner ! Our host did a great job, trying to bridge communication gaps as much as possible. A dinner at this 3 star Michelin restaurant is not for the faint hearted: It’s an authentic top notch Japanese traditional dining experience: private room with your personal private g...arden, authentic food & service. My advice for other diners would be to ask staff for advice when needed. The menu changes each month, based on the best ingredients available at the time. Is it worth the very spicy price tag ? For a once in a lifetime experience, I tend to sqy ‘yes’

Similar to Hyotei, Kikunoi is a maze of private rooms, but the rooms here are much larger and nicer The menus are 33k, 55k, 75k and 100k per pax so pick your poison/budget We had the 55k and it was already 12 courses of excellent, decadent food. I can’t imagine what 100k is like. Our course had ab...alone, lobster, uni, crab, prawn etc. Been to their Tokyo branch several times but this is another level 9.5/10
