“Birthday breakfast”
We had a birthday breakfast for my wife here, and it was a regular buffet for a little over ¥1500 per person. It seems like they could keep the buffet counter a little cleaner but the eggs, bacon, tofu, rice and soup we're all good. They serve Japanese items like Okonomiyaki and Kushikatsu for b...reakfast which seems odd to me. Everything else was just so so and as a Tokyu Hotel restaurant I expected better. But for the price it was pretty good. My wife and I always wanted to go check it out when we did this morning

“Just outside main entrance on upper floor”
Need to get in early if many coach parties are staying. Queues often created in foyer area. Large dining room with more then adequate variety of things to enjoy. Cooked breakfasts western style, Japanese and continental breakfast all available as this is self service....Polite helpful staff, not ve...ry engaging, but kept busy and replacing food all the time.
