“Halal Yakiniku in Dotonbori”
I went for yakiniku here with a friend. The best dish we had here was the Halal Chef's Special Wagyu Platter: premium cuts displayed on a golden cow-shaped stand. It glided through the restaurant and stopped right at our table on a conveyor belt. I enjoyed that entrance just as much as I enjoyed gri...lling and eating the meat. Overall, Mitsuru had great meat and a great atmosphere. I appreciate how they consider international visitors by offering halal-certified high quality Japanese beef and menus in Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean. The staff were friendly and helpful, too. It's right on the main street in Dotonbori, so it's easy to access from either Namba station or Nippombashi station.

“A great Wagyu yakiniku experience in Dotonbori”
I visited Sumibi Yakiniku Dotonbori Mitsuru while exploring Osaka and really enjoyed the experience. The restaurant offers a good selection of Japanese Wagyu, with beautifully marbled beef and rich flavor. The Wagyu Sushi Boat Platter was beautifully presented and made the meal feel extra special. ...I also enjoyed grilling the different cuts at the table and trying the beef cooked to my preferred level. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and a convenient location in the heart of Dotonbori. It’s a great place to visit if you enjoy Japanese BBQ and want to try high-quality Wagyu in Osaka. Highly recommended!

“Reservations highly recommended”
Reservations for dinner highly recommended! It was so crowded when we got there. Food came in a conveyor belt, and the meat was good! Also one of the few halal certified yakiniku places so it’s a great choice when travelling with friends

“An absolute hidden gem!”
Went back and they did not disappoint. From start to finish, the experience at Sumibi Mitsuru was fantastic. The staff were quick, helpful, and friendly—guiding us smoothly through the menu and showing us how to easily order everything on the tablet. As for the food, it was incredible. We ordered ...the rich wagyu skirt steak double yukhoe and the five-selection meat tasting platter, and every single bite was packed with flavor and practically melted in your mouth. The quality of the meat paired with the charcoal grill is unmatched. If you're looking for an unforgettable yakiniku experience, do not miss this place. Highly recommended!
