“Poor Service Standards”
Location & atmosphere was great. Food quality was good at this price point except for A5 wagyu kalbi (image attached). Being located in a touristy area, I’m surprised none of the service crew able to speak or at least understand simple English. & to make matters worse, there isn’t any printed menu. ...I thought good image speak thousand words. This is not a fast food joint yet there is no human touch. The service standard ruins the whole experience. What a shame!!!

“Yummy food, friendly staff, great atmosphere”
We decided to come here last minute. We came at 5pm and asked if we can do a reservation same day at 6:30pm for 5 people. They were able to and when we got here they had everything set up, even children set for our one child. We sat on a quiet nook which gave a private feel. The staff is super fri...endly and they were able to communicate with us in English which was one of the challenges we’ve had with other restaurants. There’s an English menu you order on the iPad. They let you know up front there’s a 2 hour eating limit. The food and drinks came within minutes of ordering. The food is DELIClOUS. Meat is top notch and tender. The juices were tasty too. It was an amazing experience. We will definitely come back the next time we come to Osaka.
