My meats stayed tender, and the vegetables were crisp instead of watery. This hot pot restaurant is truly amazing! The soup base selection is diverse, with the signature spicy broth being incredibly fragrant and numbing. Duck blood and tofu are unlimited, and the broth is so flavorful it absorbs perfectly. As for the ingredients, the hand-cut fatty beef has beautiful mar...bling and melts in your mouth, while the seafood is also very fresh. The best part is the self-service soy sauce bar and the unlimited drinks and desserts – excellent value for money. The restaurant is clean and tidy, with a great ventilation system, so you won't smell of cooking oil after eating. The staff are friendly and proactively refill your soup. It's definitely the top choice for gatherings with friends or a hot pot meal – highly recommended!
